The President of Turkmenistan who has arrived for an official visit, is welcomed in Baku
President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has arrived in Baku for an official visit. At the Heydar Aliyev International Airport the Turkmen leader was welcomed by First Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Yaqub Eyyubov, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Halaf Halafov and Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Turkmenistan Hasan Zeynalov.
The day before the governmental Turkmen delegation which included vice-premiers, heads of various departments, and representatives of mass-media arrived in the Azerbaijan capital.
In the Zagulba Presidential Palace a solemn welcoming ceremony for the honoured guest was held. Negotiations of heads of the states Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and Ilham Aliyev will pass at first in a narrow format, and then in an enlarged membership.
