Russian musicians to perform music of Turkmen composers in Moscow

On October 10, the concert of Leonora Dmiterko, the famous violinist, Honored Artist of Russia, and pianist Alexander Blok, who will perform music of Turkmen composers Orazmuhammed Kurban-Niyazov and Mamed Huseynov, will be held in the concert hall of the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory. Orazmuhammed Kurban-Niyazov is the author of a number chamber-instrumental works, romances, as well as music for violin and piano. Such outstanding musical compositions as “Turkmenskiy napev” (“Turkmen melody”), “Na beregah Kaspia” (“On the shores of the Caspian Sea”), “Svirel pastuha” (“Shepherd’s Pipe”), “Kukushka” (“Cuckoo”) and others are among them. Musical variations, rhapsodies and music by the talented composers Arcangelo Corelli, Fritz Kreisler, Hrachik Melikyan, Maurice Ravel, Alexander Alyabyev and many others will be performed at the concert.Ayna BERDIYEVA
