Development of Turkmen-Tatar industrial ties is discussed in Kazan
Minister of Industry and Construction Manufacturing of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov is on a working visit to the Republic of Tatarstan.
During his stay in Tatarstan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov met with President Rustam Minnikhanov in the Kazan Kremlin. The parties discussed further development of bilateral relations in areas such as oil production, engineering, energy, pharmaceuticals and agriculture.
- The last year’s 9-month results showed a growth in our turnover, but there are still opportunities for its significant expansion, Rustam Minnikhanov specified.
Having congratulated Turkmenistan on the successful holding of the 1st Caspian Economic Forum in Avaza, Minnikhanov invited the Turkmen delegation to participate in the International economic summit “Russia - Islamic world: KazanSummit 2020” to be held in the capital city of Tatarstan in June this year.
The head of the industrial and construction sector of Turkmenistan will also get acquainted with the activities and development of the high-tech city of Innopolis, and will visit the modern industrial complex “Khimgrad”.
He will also take part in a round table with representatives of ministries and enterprises of Tatarstan. The visit of Serdar Berdimuhamedov is to end on February 18.
