China has purchased 1 million medical masks from Turkmenistan
The People’s Republic of China has bought from Turkmenistan 1 million medical protective masks with a total value of 200 thousand US dollars. The State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan informs on it on Saturday.
Three-layer disposable masks (with straps) are made at the enterprises of the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan.
Earlier the foreign mass-media informed that in connection with outbreak of pneumonia caused by COVID19, in China they experience a lack of protective masks.
According to the information of the State Committee for public health services of the People’s Republic of China, the number of the confirmed cases of infection COVID19 in the Chinese mainland reached 66 492, from them 1523 persons have died, 8096 have recovered and have been discharged from hospitals.
In Turkmenistan cases of COVID19 have not been detected.
