Animation classics in a concert version of the string orchestra
Probably, each of us loved to watch cartoons in childhood, because they carry away into its colorful and fantastic world of adventure. The most recognizable cartoons for their music and animation are Walt Disney Pictures. The string orchestra conducted by Tahir Atayev invites Ashgabat residents to once again experience their magic.
On January 25, the Cultural Center of the oil and gas complex will host a concert programme including Disney cartoons. In its unique interpretation, the string orchestra will perform musical works from such animated masterpieces as Frozen, The Lion King, Moana and Coco Secret.
- We have again decided to experiment with instrumental sound, Tahir Atayev says. - Together with vocalists Dovran Shammmiyev, Aynura Mahmidova and Maya Maksudova, we are preparing other “musical” surprises for our dear spectators at the upcoming performance. Since Disney animation is a classic of this genre, even the oldest cartoons are re-shot more than once, and remakes are produced. This means that they remain relevant and demanded this day.
Last year, the musicians with resounding success presented show programs dedicated to the rock band Queen and the legendary Michael Jackson. The non-standard focus of musicians on world hits was appreciated by the audience.
