Where in Ashgabat to celebrate the New Year in Italian
In Italy, it is customary to celebrate the New Year on the street, raising glasses of sparkling prosseco for luck in the forthcoming year. It doesn’t go with festivities to rousing music and fireworks. The concert hall “Turkmenistan” invites Ashgabat residents to take a dive into the musical atmosphere of the New Year in Italian on Sunday evening, December 15.
The program of the evening promises to captivate listeners with compositions in disco, pop and jazz style. It will be impossible to leave without a New Year mood, the musicians who prepared the show program are sure.
– The audience will hear Christmas songs, famous Italian hits Al Bano and Romina Power, Gigi D’Alessio, “Ricchi e Poveri” band, Lara Fabian. There will also be novelties – modern Italian compositions will be performed, which our audience has not heard yet – vocalist Maisa Niyazova shared with us. – Initially, we planned to hold an evening of Italian music in January, but we decided to make a New Year’s surprise for Ashgabat residents.
Soloist Alexander Kochetov, saxophonist Merdan Yazmuradov, bass guitarist Igor Shevtsov, drummer Timur Oraev and pianist Vladimir Mkrtumov will also participate in the concert.
