On December 22, the “Vatan” Cinema and Concert Hall of Ashgabat invites everyone to the enchanting world of dance to the “New Year Extravaganza” Show Program under the Federation of Sports Dances of Turkmenistan (FSDT). The show will feature such popular dance groups as “Art-motion”, “Akvarel”, “Ellada”, “Mechta” and “Surpris”.
“For any athlete, constant practice and improving sport skills are very important. Competitive environment, competition are necessary for both the athlete and the artist, and the dancer organically combines these two forms. The upcoming concert will demonstrate a completely new level of our teams,” the head coach of the FSDT Aleksandr Sisekin says.
For example, rumba, the most romantic and sensual dance, will be performed at the stage. And the energy of samba will make many of spectators to stand up from their seats and dance with the sportsmen-dancers. Of course, there will be jive, the most fiery and dynamic dance.
This is the smallest part of the program that the organizers of the concert show prepared for those who want to “recharge” with positive emotions. The program of the evening also includes surprises, which are kept in a secret by the organizers so far.
The Federation of Sports Dances of Turkmenistan was established in 2014 and, since its establishment, it has been actively involved in promotion of this sport. Competitions as well as both city-level and national championships are held annually.
Regular competitions among junior and youth support the self-improvement and self-cultivation. Adults feel responsible for their younger teammates, which, in turn, makes them constantly move forward, remaining an example to be followed.
