Turkmen crews received certificates and racer outfits for the “Amul-Hazar 2018” Rally
In a few days, the “Amul-Hazar 2018” Rally Race to kick off. Turkmen crews are preparing intensively for the race, which to gather many famous racers.
On August 31, at the Sport Hotel in the Olympic town of Ashgabat, pilots and navigators of the Turkmen national race team were presented with certificates and racer outfits for the “Amul-Hazar 2018” Rally.
As Shamyrat Gurbanov, Coach of the Automobile Sport Federation of Turkmenistan, noted, these days the Turkmen national team is getting prepared actively for the upcoming rally. In hard desert conditions, the racers improve their capabilities, driving skills and navigation knowledge as well as prepare for technical difficulties that may arise during competitions. In addition, they have received special training in first-aid treatment, etc.
At “Amul-Hazar 2018” Rally, the Turkmen team will be comprised of following pilots: Muhammetmyrat Gurbanov, Shamyrat Gurbanov, Begench Annayev, Agamyrat Annayev, Hojaguly Annamammedov, Gurbangeldy Danatarov, Merdan Toyliyev, Yolaman Abdiyev, Suleyman Sahatov, Mergennur Agayev, Mergengeldi Ovlaguliyev, Guvanchmyrat Hommadov, Bayrammyrat Annayev, Chary Muhiyev and Parahat Garliyev.
The navigators are Gaygisyz Akmyradov, Rafael Gaynulin, Shohrat Toyliyev, Arslan Karakulov, Mekan Amantaganov, Annageldy Sahetkurbanov, Kerimberdy Rahmanberdiyev, Arslan Hommadov, Meylis Hydyrov, Rejepniyaz Annaberdiyev, Kerim Ovezov, Mekanmyrat Populov, Timur Mamedov, and Begnazar Nuryagdiyev. Under the flag of Turkmenistan, Normundus Meinmas as a driver, Vadim Shmaylov as a pilot, and Androv Zaharovs as a mechanic will perform also.
Turkmen crew will drive such vehicles with high off-road characteristics as Nissan Patrol, Toyota Land Cruiser, Toyota Hilux, Mitsubishi L200 etc.
