Turkmen business expands its activity in the construction branch

The entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan are actively developing the construction business and are contracting for the construction of residential complexes and infrastructure facilities. Many construction companies, which in recent years significantly expanded their presence in the domestic market, were presented today at the construction exhibition “Turkmenconstruction-2018” that is being held at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
A number of private enterprises are taking part in the large-scale construction projects in the white marble Ashgabat, which expands and beautifies at a rapid pace. Such private companies as “Adjayip gurlushyk”, “Aktab”, “Atlyn”, “Nusay Yollary”, “Rovshen” and others are involved to the sixteenth stage of the construction of the Turkmen capital,
It is worth to note that the the above-mentioned enterprise “Rovshen” is specialized in the production of footwear, which today successfully competes on the Turkmen market with foreign ones. The involvement of this company in the current stage of the construction of Ashgabat sets a curious precedent that illustrates the favorable conditions for all interested domestic companies engaged in the construction branch in Turkmenistan.
Among construction companies in the country, the number of narrow-purposed firms that focused on the construction of certain types of facilities is also increasing. For example, “Gujurly Engineer” Economic Society specializes in design and construction of cafes and restaurants with a unique style and layout that will attract customers and give originality to any catering facility.
The construction boom in the country inevitably demands qualitative, and, as far as possible, inexpensive building materials. Turkmen companies got down to business of the appropriate profile.
Such domestic companies as “Nur Seyit”, “Shahym Sha”, “Hilal Aluminium”, “Altyn Darvaza” and many others produce building materials made of domestic raw materials. For example, a glass mosaic that decorates Turkmen cities and gives them a special national colour started to be manufactured in the country recently. The development of this production will reduce significantly the total cost of external decoration of new buildings.
The International Exhibition “Turkmenconstruction-2018” demonstrated a huge range of opportunities for the private sector engaged in the construction industry, the rapid pace of which attracts more and more investments that give impetus to the development of Turkmenistan’s economy.
