This will be facilitated by the adoption of new five-party documents, which are now being negotiated by the parties and are going through peer review. This includes, among other things, the agreement on cooperation between the Caspian countries in the field of transport being prepared for signing. The meeting also considered the experience in the modernization of port facilities and services as a condition for increasing the rating of the Caspian ports. One of these projects is the construction of a new International Port in the city of Turkmenbashi with the connection of the main logistics hubs of the region and the establishment of multimodal transport links through the port.
