Turkmen oil will be exported through the BTC oil pipeline
Almost all export deliveries of Turkmen "black gold" in the new year will go through the BTC oil pipeline (Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan). This information was provided by the head of the Marketing and Economic Operations Department of the Azerbaijani State Oil Company Adnan Ahmedzade. He said that Turkmenistan had concluded an agreement on transportation of raw materials for the period 2017-2018, and this year the transported amount will be 3-4 million tons. The representative of the Azerbaijani company also said that in the new year it is planned to transport the same quantity of raw materials along the BTC as in the current one, which means that almost all Turkmen oil exports in 2018 will go to the foreign market via the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan oil pipeline.
