Turkmenistan shifts to new forms of governance and digital economy

In the near future, Turkmenistan needs to introduce new forms of public administration and make the transition to a digital economy. President Berdimuhamedov set this task before the Turkmen government. The Turkmen leader stressed that this work requires maximum efforts to reform the system of secondary and higher economic education. The Turkmen leader instructed the relevant heads to organize retraining of workers in all spheres of government, take measures to widely use computer systems and provide for special courses for personnel.
