Club "Petanque Turkmenistan" invites everyone to daily trainings
On September 16, the "Petanque Turkmenistan" Club will hold the 4th annual petanque tournament "Ashgabat Tissot Open 2018", which will be held on the residential base of the French company "Bouygues". Petanque is a very accessible, almost all-weather and suitable for any age category sport, the homeland of which is France. The essence of the game is to throw metal balls of a certain weight and diameter as close as possible to a small wooden ball (target), called "koshonet." After both teams throw all their balls, points are awarded. The number of balls thrown by the team closer to the koshonet, accounts for the number of points awarded to it for this game. The team that scored 13 points becomes the winner.
