The enlarged session of the Economic Council of the Commonwealth of Independent States started
In Ashgabat the 83rd session of the Economic Council of the CIS is held under the chairmanship of vice-premier of Turkmenistan Gochmyrat Myradov.
It is a jubilee meeting - the first Economic Council of Commonwealth took place twenty years ago. For this time in such format more than 1,5 thousand issues on economy, trade, investments, innovations and technologies which have found reflexion in hundreds of documents accepted at level of heads of states and governments, were considered.
Before the beginnings of the enlarged session of Council the heads of delegations have discussed issues of the agenda in a narrow format and have made decision to hold the next, 84th session of the Economic Council of the CIS on December, 6 in Moscow.
At the forum, reports of the Declaration on strategic economic cooperation of the states-participants CIS initiated by the Turkmen leader as well as of projects of the Concept of cooperation in the field of digital development of society and the Plan of prime actions for its realisation will be listened.
In total participants will consider 25 documents. They concern such directions, as radio navigation development (the plan for 2019-2024) in aspect of transport safety, interaction on preventive maintenance and liquidation of centres of illnesses and pests of wood in frontier territories of the CIS states-participants and etc.
Results of monitoring of realisation of positions of the Contract on the zone of free trade and materials on performance of the decision of the Council of heads of states about conduction of population censuses of a round of 2020 in the Commonwealth states will be presented.
On the agenda of the session a set of issues of financial, accounting and information-analytical character will be considered.
