Turkmen musicians will take part in the festival of talents in the German Bayreuth


The Turkmen Youth Chamber Orchestra under the direction of conductor Rasul Klychev will take part in the festival of talents in the German Bayreuth.
The Bayreuth Festival of Young Classical Music Artists was founded about seven decades ago and is held annually in August as part of the world famous Wagner Festival established by the famous German composer in 1876.
The festival of talents is a prestigious competition, which annually gathers about 400 participants from 40 countries of the world and about 10 thousand visitors. It includes more than 100 events - concerts and master classes, outdoor events, symposia and art exhibitions, lectures and flash mobs.
The festival program of youth orchestra performances from Ashgabat includes Tchaikovsky's Serenade for Strings, German Fantasia composer Ludwig Shpor (Yusup Ovezov, clarinet) and other compositions. And vocalist Leyli Okdirova will acquaint the public with the Turkmen song “Chalsana bakhshi”.
In addition, soloists from the Turkmen ensemble of folk instruments: Kerven Aydogdyev (dutar), Spartak Atakov (gijak) and Vepa Odaev (tuyduk) will perform on the fields of the festival in Bayreuth.
