The Turkmen private enterprise “Sada Dostluk” from the southern region of the country launches the production of summer footwear and galoshes of the SADA Trade Mark. In their production, such materials as polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) will be used, due to which the shoes will be light, elastic and resistant to temperature changes. Shoes made of PVC and boots made of EVA are designed for autumn and spring. It can be shoes for the city and for the dacha, for the beach, outdoor activities and walks, as well as for technical works.Ayna BERDYEVA
The raw materials that need for production are delivered from UAE, China and Turkey, and special chemical additives that used to improve the quality of footwear – from Italy and Germany.
From four production lines of the plant, equipped with the very latest equipment from Turkey, Italy and China, 50-60 thousand pairs of summer shoes and 30 thousand pairs of galoshes per month can be produced.
For information, galoshes were invented by Indians. The native tribes of the South America had protected their feet with rubber for generations by simply dipping their feet into liquid from the rubber tree and drying the custom-made galoshes over the fire. It is believed that in Europe, Paris introduced the fashion for galoshes. Now in many countries galoshes again come into use. In Turkmenistan, they remained in use. However, it is true; today they evolved in both quality and design, so they can look stylish.
The main thing that it is practical! Given the new trend and the growing demand for galoshes in the world, it is likely to adjust their exports.
In the future, the “Sada Dostluk” plans to increase the production capacity of the plant and expand the range of products. In particular, entrepreneurs are considering the possibility to organize the production of boots and slippers.
