Photo exhibition about modern Turkmenistan will continue its work in the northern capital of Russia
From 4 to 21 July the Cultural and Exhibition Center "Eurasia" of St. Petersburg continues to host the photo exhibition "Turkmenistan - the heart of the Great Silk Road".
The exposition acquaints visitors with modern Turkmenistan - its unique architecture, picturesque nature and hospitable inhabitants.
Visitors of the show, organized by the Turkmen Culture Society in St. Petersburg Mekan and the Center for Intercultural Communications "Near East", will be able to see unique authorial works of Turkmen photo artists who managed to reveal the originality of Turkmen culture through the camera lens.
Visitors are also waiting for a video presentation, tasting of national treats and much more. Members of the Council of Turkmen students in St. Petersburg Bagtyyarlyk and activists of the Mekan Society, who will perform national dances, will take part in the opening of the photo exhibition.
Earlier, the photo exhibition "Turkmenistan - the heart of the Great Silk Road" was held from May 22 to June 25 in the St. Petersburg Historical Park "Russia is My Story".
