Enterprise on production of frozen vegetables and fruits has opened in Turkmenistan

A new import-substituting enterprise for production of frozen fruits and vegetables that owned by the “Khalk Market” chain stores was put into operation in the Geoktepe district of the Akhal Region of Turkmenistan. The plant is able to produce up to 500 kilograms of frozen fruits and vegetables per hour with the use of shock freeze technology, which allows preserving the original taste and useful properties of the product. For customers, the goods will be sold in 500-gram packages, and for public catering enterprises – in special packages with a capacity of up to 10 kilograms.
