Ahgabat-Tashkent-Ashgabat flight in 2017
According to Uzbekistan mass media, during a meeting in Tashkent, the representatives of the Turkmen and Uzbek airlines discussed the aspects of launching the Ashgabat-Tashkent-Ashgabat flight. The new air line will be launched within the framework of the Memorandum on cooperation between the «Uzbekistan Havo Yollari» National Air Company of Uzbekistan and «Turkmenistan» Open Joint-Stock Company, which was signed during the visit of the President of Uzbekistan to Turkmenistan on May 20, 2017. According to the «Uzbekistan Havo Yollari» National Air Company of Uzbekistan, the parties signed the agreements on service and food catering at the aircrafts of the Turkmenistan Air Company in the international airport in Tashkent. The project of the Interline commercial agreement that envisages the mutual recognition of shipping documents and processing air tickets for the partner's flights was considered during the meeting. Turkmen air carrier will launch the new Ashgabat-Tashkent-Ashgabat flight through the end of the year of 2017.
