Dushanbe expects the presidents of Turkmenistan, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Djibouti
The President of Turkmenistan and leaders of other countries will visit Tajikistan to participate in the International High-Level Conference on the International Decade for Action "Water for Sustainable Development, 2018-2028", which will be held in Dushanbe on June 19-21. This was announced during the meeting of the organizing committee of the above-mentioned conference, which was chaired by the Prime Minister of Tajikistan, Kohir Rasulzoda, Asia-Plus reports. In general, it is expected that delegations from 118 countries will take part in the work of the Dushanbe water conference. In addition to the heads of state and government of four countries - Turkmenistan, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Djibouti, ministers and deputy ministers from 35 countries, heads and representatives of more than 40 international organizations and UN Under-Secretary-General will arrive in Dushanbe.
