Ministry of communications of Turkmenistan and the National Mobile Operator “Altyn Asyr” have developed and launched a new mobile application for non-cash payment for cellular services. The app “TMCELL Töleg” allows you to top an account online with a Bank card. “TMCELL Töleg” app for gadgets with Android operating system is available in the Play Market store, and iOS users can download it from the Apple Store. After downloading the app, register in a special form, specifying your mobile number, and receive SMS with a confirmation code. In the “My cards” enter your “Altyn Asyr” plastic card information and click “Add Card”. In the menu section "Top Up" enter the phone number, the amount of payment and select the card, press “next”, and received an SMS with the code, confirming the payment. The minimum transaction amount is 1 manat and the maximum is 500 manat. Information about payments is contained in the “History” section. The service is completely reliable, so the information about the plastic card is stored only on your device.
