The World Bank presented "World Development Report 2018: Learning as a tool for implementing educational prospects" in Tashkent. The report warns of a learning crisis in the world. In this case, it is about schooling, and mainly about the poor countries of Asia, Africa and Latin America. That is, millions of schoolchildren in poor countries can not realize themselves in the future and will receive lower wages due to the fact that primary and secondary schools do not give them knowledge that allows them to succeed in life. The report notes that with weak schooling, further education can not become the driving force of welfare, since even after several years of schooling millions of children can not solve simple mathematical problems. In this connection, the World Bank experts formulated three recommendations in the report for states facing similar problems:Nury AMANOV
- Assess the quality of learning so that it becomes a measurable goal.
- Take measures to ensure that schools work in the interests of all children.
- Mobilize everyone who is interested in learning.
An example is Turkmenistan: the level of education in the country corresponds to the most stringent standards in this field.
Initially, the state had a sound system of school education. And after the election of Turkmen President Berdimuhamedov in 2007, the development of the educational sphere was declared a priority of state policy. Suffice it to say that almost all secondary schools in the country are equipped with modern computer equipment, and in everyday work teachers widely use modern, interactive teaching methods.
The fact that Turkmen graduates successfully continue their education both in the higher educational institutions of the country, as well as in the universities of the CIS countries, Western Europe, USA, Turkey, China, Japan and other countries of the world speaks about the highest level of schooling.
Reading the comments on the World Bank report, you fully realize that the Turkmen youth can only appreciate their country, which presents such a tempting educational opportunity to the young generation.
