Due to the modernization of the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries and other enterprises of the industry, Turkmenistan produces high-quality diesel fuel. The fuel is of great demand on the foreign markets. According to the OilNews web site, Alliance Energo Trade concluded the contract and delivered 12,000 tons of Euro-4 diesel fule, produced in Turkmenstan, to Kherson. Two vessels shipped the fuel (6 tons each vessel) to the port of Kherson on August 7 and 8, 2017. Experts note the increase of gasoline and diesel fuel to Ukraine in January – June, 2017. Turkmenistan stands as one of the largest exporters of oil-refining products on the post-Soviet market.
