Innovators from all over the world to gather at Go Viral Festival in Almaty


The U.S. Diplomatic Mission to Kazakhstan has announced the start of applications procedure for the second annual Go Viral Festival, which will be held from June 15-17, 2018 in Almaty.
Go Viral Festival will gather over a thousand leaders in the creative fields – media, culture, technology, and business – for three days of workshops, master classes, and presentations by some of the top talent from Central Asia, Eastern Europe and the United States. The event designed also to enable the creative audience, including journalists, entrepreneurs, filmmakers, musicians and enthusiasts through social networks and new platforms, as well as technology to promote their content.
The topic of this year festival is “Interlaced: Threads of Innovation, Interaction, and Inspiration that Link Us Together”. The event will cover the following issues in such areas as journalism, digital media: “How to create content that will attract audience around the world?”, “Is the Central Asian region attractive to technical investors?”, “How the latest technologies can change the modern music?”, “How to find your identity in the digital world?” and many others.
The Go Viral community includes music, movies, performances and master classes from leading trendsetters from the United States, Central Asia and Eastern Europe who share their secrets of successful interaction with the global audience. Also, within the framework of the festival, it will be possible to take part in videoconferences with experienced professionals from different branches and visit the TechLab.
About 1,500 participants from Central Asian countries will be inspired by new ideas and trained in the latest trends.
