Courier services in Turkmenistan reach a new level
The project "Customs clearance of international mail" began in Turkmenistan. It is implemented by the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, the Association "Turkmen Logistics", the State Customs Service, the Ministry of Communications and the Service of "Turkmenhovayollary", and the IP "Beýik Ýüpek Ýoly". On April 23, the Regulation "On the procedure for customs clearance of goods transported across the customs border by persons carrying out postal courier services in the territory of Turkmenistan" came into effect. Thanks to the new document, regional and international licensed courier services were given the opportunity to provide citizens of Turkmenistan with services for the delivery of international postal parcels at an even higher level. Due to the simplification of customs operations, senders will be able to use a number of services - fast delivery ("from door to door"), checking the route of departures by a special code, etc. FE "Beýik Ýüpek Ýoly" together with the American company UPS (United Parcel Service), which carries out courier activity in more than 220 countries, will provide residents of Turkmenistan with similar services in accordance with international standards.
