"Balich Worldwide Shows" reveals the details of the show at the Olympic Stadium in Ashgabat

The costumes for performers alone are prepared in the amount of 75 thousand pieces. Therefore, the opening ceremony of the Ashgabat Asiada will be remembered by the audience as truly one of the greatest shows among such events. Responsible for all this splendor is Francisco Negrin. When asked about the scale of the performance, he answered without hesitation that the opening ceremony of the Ashgabat Asiada will be the longest of all that was before. If at previous similar competitions such events lasted an hour and a half, after which there was a parade of participants of the Asian Games, then in the Olympic Stadium of the Turkmen capital the theatrical and musical part will last two and a half hours, many artists and extras will be involved. The show that you will see, stressed Francisco, will be terrific. The director of the festive program also told that he developed the concept and wrote the initial presentation script, subsequently expanding and correcting the program together with the responsible persons of the Turkmen side. When Negrin was asked about how he oversees such a large-scale project, he replied that in organizing such a grand show it is important that even from the creative side several departments are involved in the work, because there is a lot of work to be done, and sometimes it takes specific approach. Take, for example, the mass choreography. I'd say that there are only three people in the world who understand this, and for this we have terrific Bryn Walters. In such cases, you should make sure that everyone strictly adheres to the plan to ensure the integrity, emotional impact and rhythm of the show ... Although much of the specific content of the opening ceremony of the Games "Ashgabat 2017" is yet classified as secret, Negrin helped us to understand a little about what to expect from the upcoming show. When we first started this project, he recalls, and talked with the representatives of the Ministry of Culture to get some ideas, one aspect that was clearly revealed during the talks was that throughout the history of the Turkmen people they had the strength to endure all difficulties and rise again. The great Turkmen poet Magtymguly Fragi predicted that the Turkmen people would rise and become very powerful. President Berdymuhamedov believes that this time has come, and this idea of rising formed the basis of the show. When Negrin was asked to slightly open the veil of secrecy about the ceremony on Sunday evening, he mentioned a point that, according to those who watched the rehearsals, is the most exciting. People are constantly discussing with me part of the program called "Sport comes to Ashgabat," says Francisco. First, actors appear on the stage representing athletes in martial arts, followed by representatives of other sports destinations, some simply fly over the stadium before the sports icons replace each other, all with incredible mass choreography and accompanied by very inspiring music. It will be an incredibly memorable sight! The team of Balich Worldwide Shows took almost three years to develop and stage the action, which will be shown at the opening ceremony of the 5th Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games, and on Sunday evening, thanks to the hard work of many thousands of people, at the Ashgabat Olympic Stadium The grandiose show will be presented to the whole world. When Negrin first saw thousands and thousands of performers who came to the stadium, he exclaimed something like: "My God! What did I get myself in?". But now, Showman talks about how he is pleased to feel the friendliness, sense of humor and spiritual warmth of the Turkmen people.
