An entrepreneur from Turkmenistan, head of the association "Turkmen logistics" Mele Bekmuradov, accompanied by experienced Russian climbers, climbed to the highest mountain in Europe - Elbrus (5642 meters), according to the official website of the JSPT.
A good physical preparation of a businessman, a ten-day training aimed at acclimatization, helped him over 15 hours to overcome the most complicated route and reach the peak of "Eternal Mountain".
"The decision to conquer Elbrus came from the desire to test the strength of will and spirit, to prove to myself that on the way to achieving the cherished goal there can be no obstacles," Mele says.
The Turkmen businessman carried with him the emblems of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan and the organization he heads.
In the near future Mele plans to ascend to the top of Kazbek - the extinct stratovolcano of the Caucasus, 5033.8 meters high.
