Soon, the cars of the new brand Khazar will appear in the automobile markets of Central Asia, Russia and Ukraine. Their assembly started recently in Azerbaijan at the Azerbaijani-Iranian joint venture in the Neftchala industrial zone. As reported by Azerbaijani media, our neighbors in the Caspian consider the countries of Central Asia, Russia and Ukraine as markets for the products of the Azerbaijani car industry.Nury AMANOV
Even indicative prices for car novelties are reported. The first models of Khazar will cost from 14 to 16 thousand Azerbaijani manat, or 8-9 thousand US dollars. Later the plant plans to produce more expensive models, which will cost 18-20 thousand manat, or 10 thousand US dollars or more.
It should be noted that automobile predilections of residents of different countries of the world are more or less settled, and they are well known, as large automotive companies order rating agencies to compile special indices of popularity of cars in various countries.
Experts of automobile sales note that it is extremely difficult for new cars to occupy a niche in car market if it is not the products of well-known automobile brands.
What are the chances of the Khazar car in the Turkmen car market? I believe that the Azerbaijani car will be able to find an easy way to the heart of the Turkmen motorists, because according to the information of the British company Park Indigo, the beloved car of the Turkmen people is not less than the Mercedes C-class itself.
In Uzbekistan the population prefers their brand Uz-Daewoo Nexia, in Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan - Toyota Camry, in Russia - Hyundai Solaris, and in Ukraine - Toyota RAV-4. As you can see all the cars selected have a good reputation.
And yet I think it's wrong to talk about the future of a new car based on the ratings, even if very accurate. As a rule, life is more diverse than any rating. It's not for nothing that people say: "There are no friends in taste and color". And they say that nothing is possible. Therefore, we can only wish successes to the Azerbaijani car makers. Or, shortly, go for it.
