A charity concert dedicated to the memory of Parahat Orazlyev, circus artist, took place in the capital’s Turkmenistan Concert Center on Sunday, April 8. The show started with a video in which Parahat says that he began to engage in breakdancing at the age of nine, and now he is already teaching break dance and acrobatics to children. “Break dance is not just dancing, it is our life, it is an incentive to self-improvement, it is new discoveries, and it is moving forward. I call everyone to dance, play sports and once again sport!” says the master of sports in artistic gymnastics in his video message. Then, one after another, various dance groups presented their performances, including the students of Parahat. It should be noted that the feature of the concert was the short videos of Parahat Orazlyev's personal archives that prefaced each performance. This original idea helped show how athletic, comprehensively talented and cheerful, as well as loving father and husband, faithful friend and worthy son he was. The piece “Angels” performed by show-ballet “Bohemia” was filled with deep symbolism. The piece of young break-dancers – pupils of Parahat along with his tiny son Emin became unexpected. Three-year-old boy performed various capers with such carefree naughtiness, that the feeling of affection did not leave the audience for a long time. Another feature of the concert was its contrast richness. Bright, dynamic pieces suddenly replaced touching performances. The young Halap Jackson, protégé of Parahat Orazlyev, captured the audience by his plasticity and by copying the moonwalk of the legendary Michael Jackson under pop legend’s eternal hits. The performance of representatives of the Lezginka School “Sunja” received a stormy ovation. Graceful dancers from “Shamahan show”, whose costumes, by the way, were embroidered with glowing lights, presented “Oriental extravaganza”. The circus actor Vepa Ataev brilliantly played the pantomime “Suitcase”, which took every spectator to the world of his or her deep thoughts. The hall exploded with applause towards the end of last performance. Bravo, Parahat!Myahri BEKGADOVA
