Young chess player will become the standard-bearer of the Iranian team at the opening of the 5th Asian Games

Sarasadat Khademalsharieh is the chess player, who has the titles of International Master (IM) and Woman Grandmaster (WGM) among 20-year-old women. With the flag of the country she will head the Iranian delegation at the opening ceremony of the 5th Asian Games "Ashgabat 2017" at the new Olympic Stadium in the Turkmen capital. The Iranian national team at the Games in Ashgabat includes 214 athletes (148 men, 66 women). By the way, Iran sent 82 sportsmen to the 4th Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games in South Korea.
