Spiritual nourishment: Dalçyn organizes a charity show

As the correspondent of ORIENT was informed, teachers and pupils of the educational center “Dalçyn” will present soon a composition of mini-performances to the Ashgabat spectator dedicated to the journey of the famous Venetian merchant Marco Polo along the Great Silk Road. Impressions of the famous Italian explorer formed the basis of the “Book on the Diversity of World”, which strengthened ties on the whole territory of the Eurasian continent. The play is staged in the form of a dialogue between the Turkmen sage, who tells about the ancient culture of the East, and Marco Polo, who tells about the Western civilization. Fragments from well-known Turkmen and foreign works are used in the performance in the original language, such as “Shasenem and Gharib” epic poem, Pushkin's poem “Ruslan and Lyudmila”, plays by V. Shakespeare “Othello” and many others. Nazar Atajanov, director of “Dalçyn” Individual Enterprise, is sure that the language barrier will not prevent viewers from understanding the amateur actors, since the composition includes works of native and foreign classics well known to a wide readership.Maya AMANMURADOVA
Within an hour, the actors (they are also teachers and students of a new but already well-known educational center) will lead the spectator to follow the footsteps of Marco Polo along the Great Silk Road, which is described very wide and informative in the book of President Berdimuhamedov, that became a bestseller, as well as will acquaint with the incredible cultural diversity of the region.
ORIENT already wrote about the activities of “Dalçyn” Individual Enterprise, whose motto is “Learn languages, discover the world!” Within a short period, a young and ambitious team of a private enterprise implemented a number of interesting projects, including the language support for the British company “Gafney, Cline & Associates” during the audit of reserves at the supergiant gas field “Galkynysh”, as well as for V Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games, which held successfully in Ashgabat.
Recently, the first in Turkmenistan bookstore of licensed literature of Cambridge University was opened at the educational center. “Dalçyn” Individual Enterprise is its official distributor.
All earnings from selling tickets for a mini-play will be donated to charity.
