The international fair will be held at Novruz Valley in honor of the spring holiday
International exhibitions of fine arts and applied arts and crafts of countries celebrating Novruz as well as a thematic fair will held at Novruz Ýaylasy Valley in the Ak Bugday district of the Akhal region during the celebrations on the occasion of the International Day of Novruz – the spring “New Year” holiday.
Those who wish to be acquainted with samples of national art crafts, jewelry art and costumes of the peoples of Turkmenistan, Iran, Afghanistan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, India, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Azerbaijan and Tajikistan may visit Novruz Ýaylasy Valley at period of March 22-25. Open hours are 9 a.m. to 13 p.m.
Visitors can see performances of folklore groups of these countries and specialized fairs reflecting the peculiarities of the peoples of the Asian region. Fans of selfie can make colorful photo shoots against the background of colorful decorations.
Special transport will operate for residents and guests of Ashgabat, wishing to participate in the celebrations.
During March 22-25 the Bus No.75 runs on the route Avtuzombinat (Automobile Complex) – Novruz Ýaylasy Valley, and minibuses and passenger taxis on the route Teke bazaar – Novruz Ýaylasy Valley.
