Teachers of the Turkmen State Institute of Finance together with students have developed an intra-university information system that combines the functions of a library, magazine, forum for teachers and students, as well as news feeds. The system is very different from the usual database and is a multifunctional mechanism. The portal has a convenient, intuitive interface with several sections-tabs and electronic attendance and performance logs. The contents of the electronic library are not only textbooks, but also audio and video materials created by the teachers themselves, as well as abstracts and graduate work of students, and scientific work of the teachers of the university, presented for review. The platform also includes news - the resource will have publications of the latest news of Turkmenistan. For students - advanced youth, actively using electronic gadgets, a mobile version of the platform is developed, thanks to which all the necessary information will always be at hand.
The system also allows teachers to conduct online testing, give assignments to students and check their performance. By checking the student's personal profile, the teacher will be able to track his progress and fulfill assigned tasks.
"Now it is necessary to keep pace with the development of innovative technologies and introduce them into all spheres of human life," comments the teacher of the Turkmen State Institute of Finance and one of the founders of the portal Guvanch Shamuhammedov. - Our system is designed to simplify the organization of educational processes and at the same time make it as efficient as possible.
Rovshen Dovranov, a 4th year student of the faculty of accounting and audit and one of the portal testers, says: "We prepared for the launch of the platform for a long time, developed the smallest details, and removed bugs. Now this is really a convenient system. I really hope that it will come in handy not only to us, students, but also to professors, academicians."
In the future, based on this platform, it is planned to create a unified inter-university information system of Turkmenistan.
