CNPC Conducts Pre-qualification for Equipment Maintenance in Block B of the Bagtyyarlyk Contractual Territory
The Turkmenistan branch of China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) International Ltd. has announced a pre-qualification process for tender No. CIT-26109-SR, covering the maintenance and repair of complex equipment at settlements No. 4 and No. 5, located in the western and eastern sections of Block B within the Bagtyyarlyk contractual territory.
Companies with experience in performing similar work are invited to participate. To qualify, applicants must submit a set of documents confirming their business profile and organizational qualifications.
Requirements for Participants
The application must include:
a formal application for participation in the tender;
a brief company profile, including a description of core business activities;
details regarding experience in performing similar work over the past three years;
a certificate from the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan.
Documents must be prepared in both Russian and English, bound together, paginated, and stamped with an official seal. The complete set must be submitted in a hermetically sealed envelope, accompanied by a cover letter (provided in duplicate: one original and one copy). A full scanned version of the documentation must also be included.
The envelope must be clearly marked with the names of the recipient and the sender, as well as the tender number and title.
Submission Deadline
Applications will be accepted from October 23 to October 29, 2026. Documents received after this deadline will not be accepted.
