Palandöken Economic Forum 2026: Türkiye will Discuss a New Formula for Global Investment
From December 4 to 6, 2026, the Palandöken ski resort in Erzurum, Türkiye, will host the 2nd Palandöken Economic Forum — Palandöken Ekonomi Forumu 2026 (PEF). The key theme of the large-scale international gathering will be “Capital in a Global Uncertainty: The New Equation of Investment.”
The global economy is undergoing a major transformation: growing protectionism, geopolitical tensions and digitalization are changing established trade routes and investment priorities. The Palandöken forum aims to become an authoritative platform where government leaders, investors and experts can develop joint solutions in response to emerging risks.
The forum will be opened by President of the Republic of Türkiye Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. The event will also be attended by the Vice President and ministers of Türkiye, heads of trade and economy ministries from Eurasian countries, as well as leaders of international financial institutions and major business associations.
The forum’s business program includes four strategic formats:
• Meeting of the Ministers of the Republic of Türkiye;
• Meeting of Trade Ministers of the Eurasian countries;
• Session of financial sector leaders;
• Special session of TOBB (the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye) and the League of Arab States.
Participants will discuss financing for key sectors, the transformation of global trade, the climate agenda, and the creation of new investment partnerships between Eurasia and the Arab world.
The forum is focused on practical outcomes. B2B and B2G meetings will be held on the sidelines of PEF 2026 to facilitate the conclusion of new trade and investment agreements. For accredited participants, the organizers will cover accommodation expenses and provide an opportunity to combine the business program with leisure at the Palandöken winter resort.
