Embassy of Kazakhstan in Turkmenistan Will Hold Auction for Sale of Vehicles
An auction for the sale of two vehicles previously owned by the diplomatic mission of the Republic of Kazakhstan will be held in Ashgabat on October 19. The auction will begin at 4:00 p.m. Ashgabat time at the premises of the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Turkmenistan, located at 11 Garashsyzlyk Street.
The vehicles offered for auction are a 2012 Mercedes-Benz S350 with a mileage of 166,000 km and a 2014 Mitsubishi Pajero with a mileage of 258,000 km.
The price of the Mercedes-Benz S350 is set at $15,000, while the Mitsubishi Pajero is priced at $10,000. Both vehicles are equipped with 3.5-liter gasoline engines. According to the organizer, the vehicles were imported temporarily and have not been customs cleared.
The Mercedes-Benz S350 is black and equipped with a full electric package. The lot description states that the vehicle has been regularly serviced by an authorized dealer, has its original mileage, and has been stored in a garage. The Mitsubishi Pajero is white; it is also described as having been regularly serviced by an authorized dealer, with original mileage and garage storage.
Applications to participate in the auction and the required documents will be accepted from October 12 to 16, 2026.
The security deposit for participation in the auction is $2,250 for the Mercedes-Benz S350 and $1,500 for the Mitsubishi Pajero.
The organizer also stated that buyers from Turkmenistan will receive assistance in preparing export documents required for customs procedures through the Garabogaz and Temir-Baba checkpoints. The vehicles can be inspected by prior appointment or through a video report.
