State Concern "Turkmennebit" Re-announces International Open Tender for Equipment Procurement
On behalf of the tender commission, the State Concern "Turkmennebit" re-announces international open tender No. 221 for the procurement of material and technical resources for the enterprise's needs.
Manufacturers of the relevant products are eligible to participate, provided they comply with the requirements set forth in the tender documentation.
Equipment for Lot No. 2
The tender includes Lot No. 2: "General plant, process, and drilling equipment."
Participants must submit an application indicating the company's full name, legal status, country of registration, and banking details. Applications from participants registered in offshore zones or holding bank accounts in such zones will not be accepted.
Participants may also obtain the lot specifications, technical requirements, and principal contract terms, as well as review the regulatory documents governing the tender process.
Submission Terms and Conditions
Tender proposals are accepted within 30 working days from the date of the official announcement in the "Neutral Turkmenistan" newspaper. The submission deadline is 12:00 local time on the 30th working day—November 2, 2026. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered.
The participation fee is 575 US dollars (inclusive of VAT) or the equivalent amount in manats per lot.
The complete tender proposal must be submitted in a single sealed envelope bearing an official ink stamp. It must also include electronic versions of the questionnaire and the main contract terms in Word format, and the technical-economic specifications in Excel format.
