Turkmenistan’s Ambassadors to Iran and the UN Appointed Concurrently to Ghana and Cuba

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov has signed decrees appointing the heads of two of the country's diplomatic missions to serve concurrently in additional roles.
According to the documents, Ilyas Gayypov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Islamic Republic of Iran, has been simultaneously appointed Ambassador to the Republic of Ghana.
Vepa Hajiyev, Permanent Representative of Turkmenistan to the United Nations, has been appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Cuba, with residence in New York.
