The course curriculum covered key aspects of modern securities market operations, ranging from the legal regulation of share and bond issuance to the specifics of brokerage and depository activities. Participants examined in detail the practical application of trust management instruments, the operations of mutual investment funds, exchange trading and clearing mechanisms, as well as international best practices on investor protection and the prevention of unfair market practices.

The course not only enabled participants to deepen their professional knowledge but also provided practical tools for adapting international best practices to the development of national securities market infrastructure.
