An Innovative Dental Center Equipped with AI Technologies Will Open in Ashgabat in October
A new dental center equipped with cutting-edge digital medicine and artificial intelligence technologies will open in the capital on Turkmenistan's professional holiday for healthcare workers. The day before, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov personally inspected the new facility's readiness for commissioning.
Construction of this large medical facility is in its final stages. The new center will combine specialized dentistry and maxillofacial surgery services, and will operate in close collaboration with leading global clinics.
The clinic is equipped with modern medical equipment from Germany, Japan, and the United States. A key advantage of the new center is the integration of artificial intelligence systems and 3D scanning technology.
AI algorithms enable the rapid analysis of large volumes of data, highly accurate implant placement, error-free evaluation, and reprocessing of results during complex surgical and reconstructive procedures.
All patient information will be stored electronically. In the therapy department, computer systems enable online communication with operating rooms and data exchange with other medical clinics and international partners.
The Center's dental laboratory accommodates 45 specialists and is equipped with CAD/CAM systems, as well as equipment for automated printing and cleaning of 3D models. This will allow for the rapid fabrication of complex, custom-made prosthetics using high-quality materials.
The new medical facility includes an admissions department with 24-hour emergency rooms, radiodiagnostics, endoscopy, functional diagnostics, anesthesiology, and intensive care units, as well as an operating and sterilization unit and an inpatient unit.
The Center's equipment allows for a full range of procedures, from early diagnosis and safe anesthesia to complex orthodontic correction, implantation, and reconstructive maxillofacial surgery.
After reviewing the departments' equipment and the conditions in the inpatient wards, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov ordered comprehensive preparations for the grand opening of the facility on Healthcare Workers' Day. The head of state emphasized that all the clinic's innovative capabilities, including artificial intelligence, must serve the interests of citizens, and that high-tech equipment requires proper operation by qualified personnel.
