CNPC International Ltd. Announces a Tender for the Provision of Coiled Tubing Services
The Turkmenistan branch of China National Petroleum Corporation International Ltd. announces tender No. CIT-26034-SR for the provision of core and related services using coiled tubing (CT) in the Bagtyyarlyk contract area from 2027 to 2030.
Participation Terms
Interested companies wishing to participate in the tender must: Submit an official application for participation, indicating the tender number and title, the full name of the participant, legal status, country of incorporation, and bank details.
Obtain an invoice for the transfer of funds for the receipt of tender documents (ITB). The invoice will be provided to the participant upon submission of a written application.
Obtain the tender documentation package (ITB) by providing a copy of the company representative's passport, a copy of the general power of attorney authorizing the receipt of tender documents, and a copy of the money transfer confirmation.
Application Deadline
Applications will be accepted within 7 calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement in the media. Applications received after the deadline will not be accepted.
Tender period: August 20–26, 2026.
