Turkmengeologiya Extends International Tender for Completion and Development of Exploratory Well
The State Corporation Turkmengeologiya, on behalf of the Commission for the Competitive (Tender) Selection of Contractors for Work and Services for the Oil and Gas Complex of Turkmenistan, extends the deadline for submitting tender proposals for International Tender No. 02/26.
The tender is for completion and development (testing) of Miocene (N₁) deposits of exploratory well No. 01 at the Akpatlavuk field in accordance with the individual working project for Turkmengeologiya. The tender is indivisible.
Participation Requirements
To participate in the tender, you must:
submit a written application indicating your full name, legal status, country of incorporation, bank details, and information about your company's activities. Applications from companies registered or holding bank accounts in offshore jurisdictions will not be accepted;
familiarize yourself with the Law of Turkmenistan "On Tenders for the Supply of Goods, Performance of Work, and Provision of Services for State Needs," an excerpt from the "Tender Rules," and the list of documents required for participation in the tender;
Receive a geological and technical assignment and the main terms of the contract;
Receive an invoice for the tender participation fee of USD 1,500 (one thousand five hundred) or the equivalent in manat, excluding VAT and bank charges.
An invoice for the transfer of funds will be issued upon submission of a written application.
Tender Bid Requirements
Bid documents must be submitted in two sealed envelopes—one containing the technical proposal and one containing the commercial proposal. The complete bid package (quotation) must be certified with an ink seal.
Documents will be reviewed only after funds have been received in the account of the State Concern "Turkmengeologiya."
The bid envelope must be prepared in accordance with the list specified in the bid document package.
The bid envelope must include electronic versions of the questionnaire and the main terms of the contract in Word format, as well as the technical and economic specifications in Excel format.
Bid Submission Deadline
The bid submission deadline is extended until 12:00 PM local time on September 15, 2026.
All required documents and tender proposals must be submitted to the Turkmengeologiya State Concern at 56 Archabil Shayoly, Ashgabat.
