Minimal Phone 2 Was Introduced: A QWERTY Smartphone with a Bright OLED Display

Minimal has announced its new Android smartphone, the Minimal Phone 2. The main difference from the first model is the replacement of the monochrome E Ink display with a bright, full-color OLED screen featuring a 90 Hz refresh rate. At the same time, the device retains its key feature — a convenient physical QWERTY keyboard.
Despite having a keyboard beneath the display, the phone easily fits into a pocket, measuring 122.6 × 72 × 9.48 mm. Inside, it is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8300 processor and a 3,000 mAh battery supporting both wired charging at 27 W and wireless charging at 15 W.
For photography, the smartphone features a 50 MP main camera and a 20 MP front-facing camera. It also includes a fingerprint scanner, eSIM support, NFC, and a classic 3.5 mm headphone jack for wired headphones.
The smartphone will be available in standard 256 GB and 512 GB storage configurations in black (Onyx) and white (Pearl). An exclusive red-orange Founder’s Edition in the Ember color has also been introduced. The new device is an excellent choice for users looking for a convenient keyboard smartphone combined with a modern full-color display.
