PJSC Tatneft's branch in Turkmenistan announces tender No. 2026/42 in Turkmen manat and Russian rubles for the supply of chemicals for the preparation of drilling mud for the on-shore drilling and salvage crews of PJSC Tatneft's branch in Turkmenistan.
Participation Terms
To participate in the tender, applicants must send an application on official letterhead to KhalilulinBS@tatneft.tatar, addressed to the branch manager, expressing their desire to participate in the tender. The application must be signed by an authorized representative and sealed with a stamp indicating the applicant's full name, legal status, country of incorporation, and bank details. Applications from companies registered or holding bank accounts in offshore jurisdictions will not be accepted.
In response, the participant will receive a technical specification to the email address specified in the application.
The tender proposal must be submitted as electronic files in PDF format, with duplicates in Excel format, archived in RAR format. Files must be protected with a password of at least 8 characters.
Bid Submission Deadline
Bid submission must be completed within 10 (ten) business days from the date of the official publication of the announcement in the Nebit-Gaz newspaper (August 10, 2026–August 21, 2026).
Document submission closes at 6:00 PM local time on the 10th business day. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered.
