International Tender for the Purchase of Chemical Products and Auxiliary Materials


The State Concern "Turkmennebit," on behalf of the tender committee, is re-announcing international open tender No. 196/2 for the purchase of materials and equipment for the needs of the State Concern "Turkmennebit."
The tender includes Lot No. 5: "Chemical Products and Auxiliary Materials."
Only bidders who are manufacturers of the goods are eligible to participate, provided they meet the requirements set forth in the tender documentation.
Bids from bidders registered or holding bank accounts in offshore jurisdictions will not be accepted.
Participation Procedure
To participate in the tender, you must submit an application indicating your full name, legal status, country of registration, and bank details.
Participants can review the Law of Turkmenistan "On Tenders for the Supply of Goods, Performance of Work, and Provision of Services for State Needs," an excerpt from the "Tender Rules," and a list of documents required for participation in the tender.
You will also have the opportunity to obtain lot specifications, technical requirements, and the main terms of the contract.
To participate in the tender, you must receive an invoice for payment of USD 575 including VAT or the equivalent in manat per lot.
An invoice for the transfer of funds will be provided upon submission of a written application.
Submission of Tender Bids
Bids will be accepted within 30 business days from the date of the official publication of the tender notice in the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper, but no later than 12:00 PM local time on the 30th business day from August 10, 2026 to September 18, 2026.
Bids received after the deadline will not be considered. One sealed envelope containing the complete tender bid, certified with an ink seal, must be delivered to the following address:
Turkmenistan, Ashgabat, Archabil Avenue, 56, 4th Floor, Turkmennebit State Concern.
The envelope must contain an electronic version of the questionnaire and the main terms of the contract in Word format, as well as the technical and economic specifications in Excel format.
The tender bid will be accepted for consideration after funds are credited to the account.
