CNPC International Ltd.'s Turkmenistan Branch Announces Prequalification for Tender
The Turkmenistan branch of China National Petroleum Corporation International Ltd. has announced the start of the prequalification process for tender No. CIT-26099-SR for "Emergency Repairs of Electrical Installations and Water Intake Equipment in the Western Part of Block B" in the Bagtyyarlyk Contract Area.
Companies interested in performing the specified work are invited to participate. To complete the prequalification process, the following documents must be submitted:
Tender application;
Brief information about the company and its main activities;
Experience in similar work over the past three years;
Certificate from the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan.
Application Submission Deadline
The application submission deadline is seven calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement in the media from August 3, 2026 to August 9, 2026. Prequalification documents received after the deadline will not be considered.
Document Requirements
Prequalification documents must be prepared in Russian and English, laced, numbered, and submitted in sealed envelopes, certified with the organization's seal, and accompanied by a cover letter.
One original and one copy of the documents must be submitted. A scanned copy of the documents in full is required. The envelope must indicate the name of the addressee and sender, as well as the tender number and title.
