The PJSC Tatneft Branch in Turkmenistan Announces a Tender for the Maintenance of Fire Protection Systems
The PJSC Tatneft branch in Turkmenistan has announced tender No. 2026/39, conducted in Turkmen manat, for the provision of maintenance services for the branch's automatic fire alarm system and fire water supply systems.
Participation Procedure
To participate in the tender, please submit an application on official company letterhead addressed to the branch manager by email to KhalilulinBS@tatneft.tatar.
The application must be signed by an authorized representative, certified by a seal, and contain the participant's full name, legal status, country of incorporation, and bank details.
Applications from companies registered or holding bank accounts in offshore jurisdictions will not be accepted.
In response to the application, the participant will receive a technical specification to the specified email address.
Tender Bid Requirements
Tender bids must be submitted as electronic PDF files with a duplicate in Excel format. Documents must be archived in RAR format and protected with a password containing at least eight characters.
Bids will be accepted within 20 business days from the official publication of the announcement in the Nebit-Gaz newspaper (July 28, 2026 - August 24, 2026), but no later than 6:00 PM local time on the twentieth business day. Bids received after this deadline will not be considered.
