Tatneft PJSC's Branch in Turkmenistan Announces Tender for Overhaul of Diesel Generators
Tatneft PJSC's branch in Turkmenistan has announced tender No. 2026/38 in Turkmen manats for overhaul of the branch's diesel generators.
Participation Terms
To participate in the tender, interested companies must submit an application on the company's official letterhead to the branch manager by email at KhalilulinBS@tatneft.tatar.
The application must be signed by an authorized representative, certified by a seal, and include the participant's full name, legal status, country of registration, and bank details. Companies registered or holding bank accounts in offshore jurisdictions are not permitted to participate in the tender.
Upon receipt of an application, potential bidders will be sent the technical specifications to the email address specified in their application.
Submission of Bids
Bid proposals must be submitted as electronic files in PDF format, with a duplicate in Excel format, archived in RAR format. The archive must be password-protected with at least eight characters.
Bids will be accepted within 20 business days from the official publication of the announcement in the Nebit-Gaz newspaper, but no later than 6:00 PM (local time) on the 20th business day. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered.
