TurkmenPost has introduced the Electronic Advance Book service — a digital balance that enables users to pay for services through the ÇaparPay mobile application. The new solution replaces the traditional paper advance book, allowing users to top up their electronic balance in advance and pay for postal and other services with just a few taps. The launch is part of the company's ongoing digital transformation.

How to start using the service

To use the Electronic Advance Book, users need to register in the ÇaparPay mobile application. After registration, each user receives a unique identification number. The balance can be topped up in several ways:

• In cash at post office branches;

• By bank transfer;

• Using a bank card.

How it works and key features

After topping up the balance, users simply select the required service and payment method in the app. The system automatically checks the available balance and deducts the required amount. Once the transaction is completed, the user receives an SMS notification confirming the payment.

The Electronic Advance Book also allows users to pay for all services available in the ÇaparPay application, transfer funds to other users of the system, and view their transaction history and reports.

Essentially, the new service is a digital version of the traditional paper advance book. Users top up their electronic balance once and can then quickly and conveniently pay for services without using cash or paper documents.
