A meeting between Turkmenistan's Ambassador Batyr Rejepov and Rustam Bayaliyev, head of the Equestrian Federation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, took place at the Argymak Equestrian Complex in Astana. The parties agreed to develop a joint long-term partnership plan.

The document will outline specific steps for exchanging experience between specialists from both countries, developing sports ties, and launching promising projects. According to the meeting participants, the shared historical traditions and equestrian heritage allow the two countries to more effectively promote Central Asian equestrian sports on the global stage.

During the meeting, Batyr Rejepov extended an official invitation to Rustam Bayaliyev to attend the World Equestrian Championships and the Akhal-Teke Horse Beauty Contest as a guest of honor. This international competition will be held from September 4 to 6, 2026, in Cronenberg, Netherlands.
